Family owned and operated in Central Maryland, MVP Irrigation, Inc. was established in 1999 with the focus
of achieving a higher standard of quality than previously found in the industry. Since then, we have added

Services
 MVP Irrigation will design and install a complete or partial landscape irrigation / landscape lighting system on your property. Our highly qualified service consultant
will develop a detailed plan, providing layout of all sprinklers, lighting fixtures, valves,
transformers, and controllers. Our installation teams will carefully and professionally install the system in
a timely fashion, providing minimal disruption to your landscape.
In the fall we will winterize your irrigation system by completely blowing out all water from all
components, preventing damage due to freezing.
In the spring we will turn your system back on and perform a complete system check-up ensuring
that all components are functioning properly.
And with the changing seasons we will adjust your transformer so your lights are turning on and off
with the appropriate time of day.

MVP Irrigation proudly features Hunter Industries, the leading manufacturer of professional
quality irrigation products. We offer a full line of sprinklers, including the I-20 Ultra rotor, for
medium to large lawns, and the Pro Spray, for small lawns, beds and irregular shapes. Also, we offer Hunter automatic
valves and controllers so that your entire irrigation system is fully automatic.
The controller (or timer) lets you program the different areas of your landscaping for watering at
different days and lengths of time to ensure that each landscape component gets the right amount of water.
Together with the Hunter Mini-click rain sensor you will never need to worry about too much or too little watering.
 VISTA
MVP Irrigation proudly features Vista Professional Outdoor Lighting, the leading manufacturer of professional
quality landscape lighting materials. We offer a full line of path lights, accent lights, spot lights, well lights,
and deck lights, to light your every need. Also, we offer Vista transformers so that your entire lighting
system is fully automatic. The transformer allows you to set a programmed time for the lights to turn on & off; or,
you can choose to have them operate whenever it is dark outside.

Installation
 MVP Irrigation uses state of the art equipment for all installations. We use a cable
plow, to pull pipe beneath the surface with minimal damage to existing turf, and a horizontal
boring machine, to drill beneath sidewalks and driveways. The workmanship on all of
our new installations is guaranteed.
With this cable plow we can install a brand new sprinkler system with very little disruption
to your property. Notice the arm in the ground behind the machine. That arm is pulling the
pipe underground as the machine moves forward.
Spring Turn On
Each spring we are available to open your system. Our skilled and trained technicians
thoroughly examine your system for any winter damage, reset the clock and timer, check the battery, adjust heads,
and make any necessary repairs to the system. The process usually starts at the end of March and continues
through early May.
Winterizing
In the fall we are available to close your system for the winter. This is vital to the life of your
system as to guarantee against freeze damage. Our technicians use a high volume air compressor
to evacuate all water from your system so the pipes and heads do not freeze during the winter.
This process usually starts in the beginning of October and continues through November.
